Griffith’s Gnat

The Griffith’s Gnat was the first dry fly I ever learned how to tie, it also is the easier fly to tie. There are many other dry flies that can be ties where the body is similar if not the same. This is a great fly for beginners and a great fly to always have in the box. Good luck and happy tying! Recipe: Size 14-20 dry fly hook Black thread Hackle Peacock hurl
